A Summer of Exploring “The Universe of You”

After five inspiring weeks of learning and discovery, students in the AGS Summer 2026 program wrapped up an unforgettable summer at Nam Uc Scotch AGS.

Inspired by the theme “The Universe of You – A Journey of Exploring the World and Self,” the program embraced a learning-through-play philosophy within an international environment. Students were encouraged to try new things, unleash their strengths, and build self-awareness through a diverse lineup of academic, creative, and experiential activities.

Throughout the five-week program, students explored various disciplines designed to nurture their intellectual, linguistic, physical, and emotional growth. LEGO Robotics sharpened their logical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork; English with native-speaking teachers built communication reflexes and confidence in an international academic setting; and Beat Maker introduced modern music production, allowing students to compose their own unique tracks.

Concurrently, the Barista class offered hands-on experience in drink-making and nutrition awareness; Library sessions fostered a love for reading through interactive themes; and Aikido cultivated focus, discipline, self-control, and inner strength through age-appropriate techniques.

Alongside skill-building subjects, Fine Arts, Crafts, and creative project classes gave students the freedom to express their imagination, aesthetic sense, and craftsmanship through hands-on creations.

Every lesson delivered new knowledge while encouraging students to take initiative and step out of their comfort zones. Through practical, hands-on activities, students gradually built self-confidence, developed essential skills, and unlocked their full potential.

Learning Through Real-World Experiences

Friday field trips were among the most anticipated activities of AGS Summer 2026. Each destination introduced a new theme, encouraging students to learn through keen observation, hands-on experience, and active engagement.

During these journeys, students discovered the world of cacao and crafted their own chocolate treats at Ladolvita; practiced precision and creativity through mosaic art at Lanh Workshop; and experienced aviation training at Vietnam Airlines, learning about professional operations through flight simulations and safety drills.

The trip to Amazing World offered more unforgettable memories as students navigated off-road tank models, explored virtual reality (VR) technologies, played team sports, and enjoyed energetic water games. These real-world experiences fueled curiosity, adaptability, and a lifelong enthusiasm for exploring the world around them.

“The Universe of You” Told Through Student Creations

The highlight of the AGS Summer 2026 Graduation Ceremony was the end-of-course exhibition, where parents and children gathered to reflect on five weeks of learning, creativity, and personal growth.

The ceremony was a time to celebrate accomplishments and reflect on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and confidence. Behind the success of every AGS Summer is the continued trust and partnership of parents who entrust the school to co-create a meaningful, high-value summer for their children.

Though AGS Summer 2026 has concluded, the knowledge, skills, friendships, and memories gained will continue to support students on their journey ahead. Most importantly, the program empowered every child to understand themselves better, embrace new challenges, and shine in their own unique way.
