On the occasion of the recent Mid-Autumn Festival, the students of Nam Uc Scotch AGS organized a meaningful concert at the Truong Quoc Dung campus in Phu Nhuan to raise funds for charity, supporting northern communities affected by Typhoon Yagi.
This Scotchies’ event aimed to raise funds for people impacted by Typhoon Yagi, the floods, and landslides.
With the support of teachers, the Student Council, and the school community, students from grades 10 to 12 worked hard to rehearse and carefully prepare for each performance. With every ticket from this mini-concert, the audience could make a small contribution toward helping the northern communities recover.
In addition to the performances by the Scotchies, the concert also featured the participation and vocals of the teaching staff at Nam Uc Scotch AGS. The teachers praised the concert and commended the students for their spirit of mutual support and compassion, qualities that have long been part of the treasured and beautiful culture of the Vietnamese people.
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all parents, teachers, and the Scotchies community at the Saigon Central campus for their care and contributions, which made this fundraising event a success.
